BeMuse Rewards Program
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing or participating in the BeMuse Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all Terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not participate in the BeMuse Rewards Program.
BeMuse Rewards Eligibility
BeMuse Rewards is a loyalty program offered to shopbemuse.com account holders. You must be a United States resident and at least 16 years of age to participate in the BeMuse Rewards program. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to register for an account. If you change your billing or shipping address to one that is not located in the United States, you will no longer be able to receive or redeem BeMuse Rewards benefits, including previously earned BeMuse Rewards benefits.
Description of BeMuse Rewards
BeMuse Rewards is a free program to reward our customers for their loyalty. Members receive certain promotional offers and benefits, and have the opportunity to achieve “VIP Status” and unlock additional promotional rewards.
Joining BeMuse Rewards
To join BeMuse Rewards, simply log into your existing shopbemuse.com account or, if you do not already have an account, register for an account on shopbemuse.com. US customers with shopbemuse.com accounts will be automatically enrolled in BeMuse Rewards. If you are automatically enrolled, you must still agree to these terms to participate in BeMuse Rewards. There are no membership fees associated with the BeMuse Rewards program. You may opt-out of BeMuse Rewards at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and requesting to cancel your shopbemuse.com account. If you cancel your account, you will not be able to redeem any unused BeMuse Rewards Perks.
Attaining VIP Status
BeMuse Rewards account holders who make at least three Qualified Orders within six months will be automatically promoted to VIP Status.
To make a Qualified Order you must be signed into your shopbemuse.com account when placing the order and keep at least one item from the order. You can check your orders in the “My Account” Dashboard to see which orders are Qualified Orders and monitor your progress toward VIP Status. If you make a Qualified Order and later return all the items in the order, that order is no longer a Qualified Order and will not count toward your VIP Status. If you have earned VIP Status, but as a result of returns, no longer have three Qualified Orders in a six-month period, your VIP Status will be revoked and you will not be able to redeem any unused VIP Status perks.
Earning BeMuse Rewards Points
- All members earn 300 points for just signing up. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is created and activated.
- All members earn 2 points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Points are based on your order subtotal, after any discounts, only. Points are rounded up to the nearest whole number. For example, if you spend $9.45, you will receive 20 points. Shipping and Taxes are not taken into consideration. If an item is returned, the points will be removed from your BeMuse Rewards calculations.
- BeMuse VIP members will receive 300 points on their birthday.
Redeeming BeMuse Rewards Points
BeMuse Rewards Points must be used in increments outlined in these Terms. You can redeem your points by entering your available BeMuse Rewards Points at the check out. Your total payment amount will be discounted by the amount of points you allocate to the purchase. Note that points may only be redeemed for the purchase price of the product. Sales tax, shipping and other handling charges assessed in addition to the price of the product are your responsibility and points may not be used to discount these additional charges.
Members can use their points to reduce the purchase price of a product on the following scale:
500 points = $5 off
1,000 points = $10 off
1,500 points = $15 off
2,000 points = $20 off etc.
Points can only be redeemed in any combination of the point and increment amounts set forth above. Redemption of points towards purchases of products is subject to product availability. Any Rewards discounts that are applied to the order, will be distributed equally to the applicable items in the order when completing a return.
If you return merchandise, we will reduce your BeMuse Rewards points balance.
BeMuse Rewards Perks
BeMuse Rewards members receive personalized offers, coupons, and gifts (“Perks”). You must opt into emails from shopbemuse.com to receive these Perks. Perks may be customized based on purchase behaviors and preferences. Perks may have certain restrictions including expiration dates and time-limited redemption periods. Read each offer carefully for specific details. BeMuse Rewards and VIP Status Perks must be redeemed at time of purchase and may not be applied retroactively. Only the account holder may use and access the BeMuse Rewards Perks.
BeMuse reserves the right to change the Perks provided to BeMuse Rewards Members and VIP Status Members. At present the Perks include:
VIP Status members also receive monthly promotions specific to VIP Status members, and early access to certain sales. If you are a VIP Status member, you may receive a promotional gift on your birthday.
VIP Status members are qualified for Free Standard Shipping and Returns on all orders to US delivery addresses in the 48 continental states only.
Each BeMuse customer may create only one BeMuse Rewards account. The BeMuse Rewards account is personal and may not be assigned, transferred, or shared with family, friends, or for commercial purposes. BeMuse Rewards account and associated benefits are not intended for those purchasing items for resale.
