What is your Return Policy?
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip.
Sale merchandise, cosmetics, underwear, select lingerie, earrings and body piercings, clearance items, and gift cards are All-Final-Sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law. For any questions, please contact email@example.com.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
Gift items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the seal is open or tag/packaging is removed from gift items, they are not returnable. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit.
If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
How should I send my return back?
Please refer to the Return Policy to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
Please sign into your account and go to My Orders page to process your return! Follow the steps to initiate your return and retrieve your return label within 30 days of delivery.
Once you have your label, remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Print out your BeMuse return label and attach to your package. Enclose a copy of the receipt and completed Return Form. Securely repackage your items. Drop if off with the shipping carrier referenced on your return label, either USPS or FedEx. To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. We recommend keeping a copy of your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.
Please note you are free to return your item(s) in the original packaging or whatever packaging you choose. Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the item(s). Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping cost.
Will I get charged for return shipping?
The label cost will be waived for All BeMuse VIPs! Please refer to BeMuse Rewards Policy for more info!
For all other returns postmarked within 30 calendar days, we will provide our Free Shipping Label.
When will I be refunded?
A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 10 to 14 business days after your return is received at our warehouse. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your return and refund amounts. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
What if my package is refused or not delivered?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
Overnight and 2nd Day Air: $18 return cost
First Class or Ground Shipping: Free Return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 20% restocking fee.
Will my promo code be deducted from my refund?
Promotional value is subject to adjustment. For promotions with a minimum required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if a cancellation or return causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.
Can I combine returns from multiple orders?
Yes. You can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package. We recommend you to print out the return form for each order online or write each order number on a slip of paper and include them inside your return package. Packages received without proper order identification may result in longer than estimated processing times.
How do I change or cancel order?
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they are placed as payment is processed automatically. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders. We will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also view your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top right of the page and logging into your BeMuse Account.
